Densi Hard LS+
It is a lithium-based deep penetrating densifier for concrete. It penetrates into the pores of concrete. It increases the abrasion resistance of the surface. It increase the gloss and reflection when polished. It decreases the maintenance cost of concrete floors. It penetrates into the pores of concrete. Application Procedure:
1. Grind the floor with Metal Bond 120 grit and 200 grit.
2. Remove scratches with Resin Diamond Pads 100 and 200 grit.
3. Spray the first coat of densifier and spread evenly with a micro fibre mop.
4. Spray the second coat of densifier after the first coat is dry.
5. After the densifier is dry continue the polishing process.
6. Polish up to 400 grit for matt finish, up to 800 grit for medium gloss and up to 3000 grit for high gloss.
7. Apply SURIE POLEX Stain Protector for stain protector and a high shine finish.
