STAIN PROTECTOR CONCENTRATE

Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate is a breathable partly penetrating and partly film-forming sealer that helps to protect surfaces against stains and etching. It creates a water-resistant barrier that prevents liquids from penetrating the surface, protecting against staining.
Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate is a concentrate. Dilute 1:1 with water before using.

Application Procedure:
Prior to starting work, apply Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate to a sample area of the polished concrete to be treated. Confirm that concrete is receptive to Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate.
1. Dilute Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate 1:1 with water before using. Submerge a microfiber mop in Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate and wet thoroughly. Squeeze out excess material. Spray a light mist of Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate onto concrete surface using a sprayer and immediately spread it evenly with the microfiber mop. Apply enough material to attain 100% coverage, without dry streaking or puddling.
2. Once dry to a tack-free state, high-speed burnish the floor with a 3000 grit or higher pad.
3. Apply the second coat using the same spray and spread method and allow to dry.
4. Once dry to a tack-free state, high-speed burnish the floor with a 3000 grit or higher pad.
5. Chemical resistance gains strength over time. Avoid exposure to etching agents for 7 days if possible.
6. Areas that will be exposed to excessive, ongoing spills may benefit from a third application of Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate before burnishing. If additional applications are desired, check that the work surface is tack-free before proceeding.
7.  Floor is ready for light foot traffic when Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate is tackfree; ready for equipment traffic within 24 hours. Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate cures fully within seven days. However, concrete, even after becoming densified and polished, is still a porous substrate. Densifiers can take up to 2 weeks to attain full densification.
