Grout Sealer

Our Grout Sealer is a premium, solvent-based, deep penetrating formula specially developed to protect cement joints from everyday wear and staining. It creates an invisible barrier that repels dirt, grease, oil, and water-based stains, keeping your tiled surfaces looking cleaner and newer for longer.

Designed for use on ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, and natural stone, this high-performance sealer penetrates deep into the grout pores to provide maximum protection without altering the natural look, color, or texture of the surface.

Unlike surface coatings, the sealer allows moisture vapor transmission, ensuring the grout can still "breathe" while being shielded from contamination. With UV resistance, it performs equally well in interior and exterior applications, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, terraces, and commercial spaces.

Directions for Use:

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or contaminants.
2. Apply the sealer evenly using a brush, roller, or applicator bottle.
3. Allow the product to penetrate for 5–10 minutes, then wipe off any excess.
4. For highly porous grout, a second coat may be required.
5. Allow curing for 24 hours before exposing to water or stains.
